How the batch generator works

  1. Add a row per book. Type each name or word, then enter that book's height in centimetres and its first and last folding page — or paste the whole list from a spreadsheet.
  2. Pick one font for the set. Bold faces like Impact fold most clearly; the preview in each row shows the letterforms as they'll fold.
  3. Generate and download. Every pattern is computed right in your browser. Download each PDF on its own, grab the whole set as one ZIP, and we email you a copy too.

Frequently asked questions

Can every book in the batch be a different size?

Yes. Each row carries its own book height and page range, so a 19 cm paperback and a 27 cm hardcover can sit in the same batch. The measurements on each PDF are computed for that row's book alone.

Can I sell folded books made from these patterns?

Yes — the finished folded books are yours to sell. Many of our heaviest users make custom name books to order. The patterns themselves (the PDF files) are for your own use, not for reselling as digital downloads.

How do I import names from a spreadsheet?

Click "Paste from spreadsheet" and paste rows straight from Excel or Google Sheets — one name per line, optionally followed by book height, first page and last page. Missing columns fall back to the defaults.

Is there a limit on how many patterns I can generate?

Up to 30 names per batch, free. Patterns are generated in your browser, and the finished PDFs are downloaded directly plus emailed to you as a single ZIP.
